East Anglian Glaucoma Microsurgery Symposium

The first East Anglian Glaucoma Microsurgery Symposium was held in May 2022 at the ICENI Centre and Colchester Institute. Day one, sponsored by Health Education England for the East of England, included full hands-on surgical simulation training at the ICENI Centre, with skills taught by national experts.

We want to thank Leica-Microsystems for providing surgical simulation microscopes.  We also used a variety of model eyes for artificial glaucoma simulation surgery.

The second day sported a stellar cast of eminent speakers, all of whom were key opinion leaders in their field of micro-invasive glaucoma surgery.
